Simulation Manager Cannot Access Database

Simulation Manager Cannot Access Database

Getting an error when launching Simulation Manager or trying to connect from other stations? The issue is usually related to networking or the host PC being unavailable.

The Simulation Manager relies on a stable network connection to communicate between stations. If the primary computer hosting the database is offline or unreachable, other PCs won’t be able to connect.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Ensure the main Simulation Manager computer is powered on and connected to the same network.
  2. Verify file and network sharing settings are correctly configured.
  3. Refer to the User Manual for advanced setup instructions, including database permissions.
