Simulator Controls Not Recognized
Seeing “None Available” in the Simulator Controls dropdown? This means the software isn’t detecting your devices at all. The problem could be due to USB hub power issues or a misconnection.
Most Simlog controls rely on powered USB connections. If power isn’t flowing properly, devices won’t register—even if they appear physically connected.
Steps to Resolve
- If you're using a powered USB hub:
- Unplug it from both the computer and its AC adapter.
- Reconnect the AC adapter first, then plug the hub back into the computer.
- Try switching USB ports or plugging the device directly into your PC.
- Test the control device on another computer if available.
This process helps isolate whether the issue is with the hardware or the computer itself.
