How to Update Firmware on Stratasys F-Series Printers Using GrabCAD Print

Keeping your Stratasys F-Series printer's firmware up to date ensures optimal performance and access to the latest features. Follow the steps below to update your printer's firmware using GrabCAD Print.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Install the latest version of GrabCAD Print from https://print.grabcad.com.
  • Close any active print jobs and allow the printer to idle before updating firmware.

Steps to Update Firmware

  1. Launch GrabCAD Print on your computer and sign in to your GrabCAD account.
  2. Select Your Printer: In the bottom right corner, click on your connected Stratasys F-Series printer.
  3. Access Settings: Click on the “Settings” option for your selected printer.
  4. Check for Updates: If a firmware update is available, an orange banner will appear indicating that an update is ready.
