Roland DGA - Entering Service Mode
Follow the steps below to enter service mode on your device. This process should be done carefully and in the exact sequence outlined.
Step 1: Set Power State
- Ensure the Main Power switch is turned on.
- Ensure the Sub-Power (front panel) switch is turned off.
Step 2: Press Arrow Key Sequence
Press the following arrow keys in this order:
- Down
- Right
- Left
- Up
- Right
- Down
- Left
Step 3: Activate Service Mode
- Within 5 seconds of completing the sequence above, press and hold the Left, Right, and Down arrow keys.
- While holding these keys, turn on the Sub-Power switch.
Step 4: Confirm Mode
- If successful, the front panel will display: "Service Mode".
- If the panel displays "Service Mode is Protected", turn off the Sub-Power and repeat the steps carefully.
