F-Series Material Will Not Load in Bay

Issue

If material will not load when inserted into the bay, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Steps to Resolve

  1. On the printer's touchscreen, navigate to the Materials screen

  1. Select the material bay that is having the issue.
  2. Tap Maintenance, then select Force Unload.

  1. Remove the material spool from the printer.
  2. Restart the printer.
  3. Once the printer has restarted, reinsert the material spool.
Note: This process clears the internal error and allows the spool to feed properly.
